Down another pound. Super happy about that. I had a tough week emotionally and I didn't cave to stress eating once. Not even once. That is so different for me! Keto has completely turned me around in that department. Rather than eat my feelings, I opted for control. The first day that it made sense for me, I fasted. It was great. I broke fast and ate my RDI the following day and it re-established my equilibrium. I will be doing that every week. A breakfast to breakfast fast works best for me - I love my bulletproof coffee.

I love reading the journals here. It is amazing to me how many different ways there are for people to get control of their lives and their weight. I have found what works for me. I do a ton of research and I learn more about my physiology every day. I hope that as everyone progresses on their journey they learn and grow as I have. Onward and downward FS!
178.4 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice drop! You are doing great! I do research and read everything nutrition and weight loss than I can find too. I come to my own conclusions on how different approaches will work for me. I find many articles haven't been updated with the new information out there and are a waste of time reading :)
