Good morning fat secret.this loss for the week is the power of walking looking to do 30 miles this week at 22 now.gettting little over 5 miles a day.tried lifting again and it's a no go shoulders and back hurt for days and not the DOMS.i get enough exercise taking care of land,farm,and at work so walking it is and that was hard to handle but it is what it is.hqve a great day stay safe healthy and strong
197.7 lb Lost so far: 52.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We are forcing ourselves to walk too even though we have plenty of work to do here in every way but the doctor wants something more regimented. I hate regimentation. No way am I going back to a gym.
