PinayRN's Journal, 15 July 2022

Whew 😰 I thought it would be higher than that. I literally had a full week of consuming sweets and carbs. My best lesson learned was not to stop drinking 8 glasses of water per day. Thanks Crystal 🫶🏽.
So today I forgave myself and going back to my plan. This time three weeks sugar reset, 18hour IF, and strength training. Back to what works for me.🫶🏽

115.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

PinayRN, you’re right, Crystal’s right, I need to drink my water - what is wrong with me??? I don’t want to give up my coffee! I want my green line back as well!! My my, so many problems, far from perfection or progress!😩 I guess I better get going! Motivation needed DAILY! Have a wonderful weekend!👍🌺

Exactly StormsGirl if I would lose my mind to acquire perfection as cruel as we are with ourselves. We have to embrace where we are at now and forgive what we had done before.

@Shrewd start small then increase as you go. That’s how I started, I loved anything matcha 🍵 green tea, latte, iced etc. After reading Crystal’s dehydration test, that was my reality check plus I am getting a little more wrinkly on my face increase in age not helping so being hydrated will slow down the obvious and upcoming wrinkles 😂
