OMAD, Low impact exercise and abs these two weeks to break the plateau

It became that now that I am busy at work and totally drained after work with no desire or appetite to eat breakfast or dinner. I am on hyperdrive. My lunch total calorie intake is 750-800cals. Most of the action at work happens at 11:30 AM and does not stop even when the next shift comes in.
