Hmm I haven’t weighed yet but I know I did gain. Seeing this bloating plus the time of the month is coming. I knew why I see this pooch. Hubby and I finished a pan of Duncan walnut chocolate chip brownies.
Time to get back on track.

129.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
