Increased my water intake. I have a sneaking suspicion that it was the shrimp with orange sauce a bit heavy on the sodium kept some of my water weight. Let’s see what happens today low sodium meals and no brownie. I had my early dessert for lunch.

130.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
