I am back still on the same plan but now added another plan offered by my workplace to give my weight goals a boost.
#PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION 💪🏼
134.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
