Period, feeling bloated and constipated. Not to mention water retention. Working out in the morning to de-bloat. Progress not perfection 🤨
139.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
