Been a two days not on keto tummy and head have been hurting... Ugh.. Not sure it's worth it

Bless your heart. I had been feeling bad with my bladder inf the antibiotic they gave me wasn’t agreeing with me. Since doctor changed it . Im beginning to feel a little better. Your doing great, all your hard efforts are surely showing in your weightloss.
