OKAY I see it 1.5# up BUT I am still small to moderate on keto sticks. I think the up 1.5 was caused by the different pork rinds I brought back with me from the west coast. They are known to make super ones (that and boiled peanuts, but didn't get those), they were extra salty and had a different spice in them, maybe some sugar? EEKKK So those are going in the trash. I use to think oh I can't waste food, but WHAT I'm going to put it on my body, yeah right, that makes perfect sense. I thought about giving them away but again, I'm going to give something that I don't feel is helping/good for me to someone else I care about? I don't think so!
Well I went for my lovely bike ride yesterday after work, actually when I came home from work I looked at my bike the tires were flat and no pump, ahh well I'll go to Walmart tomorrow, NO go now I replied, ok I'll go now and go biking tomorrow, well went got the pump, pumped up the tires they kept the air so GO NOW, I got at least 30 mins out, which was super BUT lost my cell phone! At least I have the insurance on it so I'll work on getting a replacement for it today, just takes a few days for it to be mailed to me, so I'll be without a phone. No prob. that will give me more time to be here and to do other things rather than have my ear glued to a phone! well I have to get to work hopefully the day will go ok, working in the machine shop again today.

Although I would never advise anyone not to worry about a weight gain, because that's how everyone gains weight back; one pound at a time, you do use the strips for reassurance that it's most likely water. I would wait a full day after a gain, for it to considered a true gain, after all, you have done amazingly well. Either way, you know what to do if it is a true gain. Don't forget as long as you're burning that can't happen. I am glad it's not getting you down, because that's not going to help either way.
