why did I weight so long to go back on keto!! I could kick myself!!
385.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks... Supposedly we are going to start with a leg day (dread.. Pretty sure that will be my worst) .. I picture it going this way you know the song I can't feel my face when I'm with you.. It will be I wish I couldn't feel my legs after leg day lol
