384.4 lb Lost so far: 72.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.5 lb a week

So am I having to bust ass at the gym, when I have a nice couch to lay on.and don't eat pizza when the grand kids are over here weekly..oh and it's smells so good all the way over to the couch.haha But it's what we all have to do to stay committed for our journey.lol Patty you can jump in any time!!

l understand sort of your backs hurting so to forget the pain you eat comfort food. You know come the 8th l hope you join that gym, you'll be Happy you did and we will be your fan club. lol

I think I am going to try to get a few personal trainer sessions to feel more comfortable in the gym, but I need to get a routine to help strengthen my core. I have had a lot of aches since loosing weight in my back and waist.
