Crazy carb train has ended. This morning I was up to 391.4 lots of pounds added on because of carbs. Today I was more controlled even barely in keto Yay... Back to it girl!!
391.4 lb Lost so far: 65.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
