Had me some extra on December 31 too, Michelle. I’m glad it’s the first day of the new year. End of the holiday pressure and sugary food. Happy New Year!

Happy new year Tom Long! I wasn't to bad til the frosting came out then it was down hill lol. Most of the carbs I ate were oranges.. Okay and icing ...straight icing... Face palm. I also think I am going to get another flavor of Quest Protein Powder, because I really hate the cookies and cream. I loved the Banana. I am thinking the cinnamon crunch one, because I like cinnamon.
