Scale have me a heart attack this morning with 397.0 good thing I did it again after a half hour ( I didn't do anything different.. must need to change thr batteries)
377.2 lb Lost so far: 79.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
