finally broke that 390-389 cycle
388.8 lb Lost so far: 68.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

back up to 390 today... bit whatevs it's on a downward cycle is what matters tomorrow it may be 388.6 girl can hope
