Yes! Back on track! Good bye days of losing weight without exercise. It was fun while it lasted. Now I know if I want to keep seeing these numbers going down, I have to keep moving.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
