There's no place like home and it's good to be back. I have been away a couple of weeks and away from my home scale. I did follow my own suggestions and logged everything I ate. I walked as much as at home except on travel days from Richmond, VA to Tucson, AZ, Las Vegas and back home. We drove from Tuscon to Vegas and the views were amazing. One of the highlights was a visit to a gym on my last day. I got in the best resistance training in one hour than I have in years. I gotta get me a gym membership. The heavier weights made a huge difference in results. I still feel it. I'm going to find a gym here that's a good fit. It's good to get back into a regular routine and hang with my buddies...
155.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
