I joined the "Biggest Loser Challenge" at my work place about 2 months ago. So far I am in 1st place with a loss of 27.2 lbs., but I still have 2 months to go. My weight is at a stand still since I can no longer ride my bike for exercise. I forgot I signed up for this website. I am hoping to get some inspiration on how to lose weight without much exercise to maintain my 1st place position.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Today is my cheat day. After logging every unhealthy thing that I ate today, it has motivated me to join a 3 day fast. Let's see how this works out lol.

a nice fasting diet if your looking to lose more is the 14/10 or the 16/8. I been doing the 16/8 havent weighed myself yet but I feel lighter after only being on it less then a week. You eat all your food for the day in a 8 hour period then for the remaining 16 you fast drinking Tea/Water/Coffee. I plan mine around when Im sleeping so I eat then soon after I sleep for 8 of the 16 it is just those 4 before and 4 after that take getting used to.

I fast - this is my 3rd day. It's certainly made a difference to my weight. I'm sticking with it until I get to my 'ideal' weight and then I'll try adding more meals to see how I need to eat to maintain.

Thanks for the encouragement guys! I am excited to start this fast. I fast for 24 hours once a month with no food or drink for religious reasons. But on this fast I can have drinks, so I'm thinking it will not be as hard as my mind is telling me it will be. I love the idea of 16/8 intermittent fasting. I'm going to try that next.
