Too busy getting ready for our trip yesterday to worry about eating much and a light dinner of eggs and veggies...a little bacon thrown in 😊 Off for 10 days to celebrate our Anniversary and visit family. I may not be good all the time 😉
166.6 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1540 kcal Fat: 46.47g | Prot: 73.24g | Carb: 160.70g.   Breakfast: Orange, Mangos, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Watermelon, Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, Kroger Honeydew Melon, International Delight Sugar Free Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer, Thomas' Whole Wheat Bagel, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch: McDonald's French Fries (Medium), McDonald's Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Dinner: Merlot Wine, Kraft Mango Chipotle Salad Dressing, Soft Bread Stick, Oriental Chicken or Turkey Garden Salad (Chicken and/or Turkey, Lettuce, Fruit, Nuts). Snacks/Other: David Seeds Original Sunflower Seeds. more...
