Lately, I have been trying to come up with ways to get in my steps. I dug out my old Zumba Wii game. It has helped but I'm glad no one can see trying to keep up...
155.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I dug mine out too! My kids have a good laugh when I do the Hula Hoop exercise!

Look at you, John with 1/2 pound to go! Awesome. Thanks for the suggestion. I am not getting in my steps, and will fire up the wifi. Does your pedometer count the steps or Wii?

My FitBit Charge HR does the counting.
