I am pleased to have lost weight this week! Eating yesterday was really high and yet weighed in a pound less than the day before. Never ceases to amaze me.

Packed up my granddaughter as she has finished her first year at university!

Off to yoga this morning and volunteering at the Trade Fair for Restorative Justice.
205.4 lb Lost so far: 63.1 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
