Happy Tues. FS buds!

Okay, thinking I have a water weight thing mbe? Up and down, what has always worked for me (staying true to my diet during a stall), has been really weird. Mr. 💩 has been erratic since my surgery (and weird liquid diets etc. they had me on). So, still sticking with it, will add some walking (so cold here, it's hard to motivate). I will get through this! Same mini drama for a week now. Crazy!

On the up side, it's great to see everyone's food posts because I sometimes forget about ingredients I haven't used for a while like kiwis, chia seeds or cauliflower. You guys are really inspiring!

You tube has several videos where you can "walk" in place so that you can stay inside. Also, adding water will help flush out water weight gain - I know it sounds weird. They say if you increase your salt, you increase your fluid retention. So decreasing should work the same way, if you're able to decrease salt.

Keep vigilant. I tend to eat the same things or bad things so I'm not a good example.

Thanks Phiebe, I drink a lot of water already and don't do a ton of salt. But I do eat mire salt than I used to, so I will def. keep an eye on that! I'm adfing more walking, fingers crossed it will work.
