Happy Sat. FS Peeps! I know I'm not the only one who has 'that' pound, 'that' milestone. Mine is 147. The second I hit it, my weight goes back up, stalls for a few days, then hangs out for bit, up, down but not back down to that same point...for a while. That's where I'm at right now, fighting to get back to 147. Last night, I had a cheat night. Not horribke, a couple glasses of wine and a half blt wrap. Go figure, I'm down a half lb nearly from yesterday. Now, I did add more fiber the last couple of days, so there's that. I feel like my body and mind are trying to play little tricks in a silly game of tug-o-war.

Apart from a small Fri. cheat, sticking with my CICO still. I hope if you have a small cheat you can do the same. (Not like my husband, he is an 'all or nothing' guy)!
148.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I sometimes get away with a cheat and sometimes pay dearly when I am on plan so I tend to just do my best and let the chip fall where they may.

Yes, I did cheat Sunday night, the second time in a week. I had gone over 40 days with no sweets then wham: twice in one week. But I'm not on a losing streak although I would dearly like to be. My life is barely holding together. So the IF, and almost no wine and sweets is as much as I can handle right now.

On my initial descent, I stuck seemingly forever on 132 with a goal of 130. Got under goal, but have gone back up to 132-133. I'm beginning to think I should just reset my goal to 135 and call it good 😂
