yippee i feel much better and my weight went down, so I am UP & DOWN LOL I did eat 4 baked skinless chicken thighs yesterday and zero sugar yogurt. I think I still need to get my compulsive eating under control though, since I ate the CT pretty much in one extended meal. But I think I'm getting a bit better, no vino yesterday so that is a good thing and no starch. I will count those as pluses :-)
174.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.9 lb a week
