Plateaus suck. From mid-April to the first of May I was stuck between 300-310. Now I'm finally breaking through being stuck in the 270's for almost 40 days. Dang ridiculous considering how hard I've been pounding the Carnivore/OMAD life-style. Whatever, still chugging TF along!
266.7 lb Lost so far: 183.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I know how it feels to be shedding quickly & then slow down. That's still a great loss, though! 🙂

Nice drop! CICO. And If you have been on carnivore diet for a long time, do a day of only lettuce, broccoli, and other fibrous veggies. You will probably blow out 7 lbs of feces.

Plateaus can last months, and it's extremely frustrating. Best thing you can do is stay off the scale for a couple of months, but keep doing what you've had success with.

I only lost a pound this month, so I hear you on the stupid stall. How has your activity level been lately? Less yard work or less walking maybe? Those calories add up. Whatever it is, I hope you figure it out and stomp on it! 🦶

Do you think the OMAD is the culprit? Maybe try 3 meals a day? OMAD, like carnivore, fascinates me. I just don’t think I could eat the necessary calories I need in one meal though. Would be less hassle to only eat once per day!! Prob would 🤮 it up though. I eat 4 meals a day anywhere from 1890- 1990 or so calories. I’m in maintenance.

I haven't been outside as much because we've been dealing with what The Weather Channel calls a heat dome for the last couple of months, with highs in the 110°-115° range every dang day. After I broke my stall back at the end of April I dropped thirty pounds in a month and a half, hit this current stall for 40 days and I'm down four pounds since last week. Hoping to see another thirty pound drop by October! Meh, sometimes I'll slip two meals a day in, but that's really pushing it, I don't want to get on that slippery slope and find myself surrounded with croissants tomorrow. 😂
