I am checking in a day ahead as I won't have time tomorrow morning to do this. I need to leave my house by 6:30am to meet my daughter. We are going for breakfast and then driving 2.5 hours to a cooking work bee for a music festival we volunteer for.

Finally a drop! I am down 1.8 pounds from last week. This is 0.4 more than the gain from last week so I am finally out of the 'red' over the past two weeks.

There are a number of reasons why I was successful this week. First of all, I was much more careful to return to my normal eating habits. Second, when I was in town during a meal time I chose a Subway salad instead of my go-to from the local deli and bakery.

This week has been full. I am dealing with an on-going issue around my rental unit and a building inspector. He is doing his job however it is turning out that is translating into me having to make some major decisions. The probate is now officially signed!, I was at my book club yesterday and tonight I am volunteering at another Trade Show for Restorative Justice. Lots to get done.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 81.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
