So my weight is going up. I think a few of things are going on. One is that my body is not eliminating waste, the other is that I deviated this weekend and 're-acclimating' is taking time. The third is that the last 2 days I've been averaging around 1000 calories per day, so that is likely the reason my body is holding on to what it can.

My current plan is to wait it out, keep on my regular diet and let things balance back out. I'm staying positive because I know 'what goes up, must come down', CICO right? Also, this approach and exercise has worked for me in the past.

I 'really' want to blame my scale because we changed the batteries the other day (after it had erratic behavior), but I know blaming an inanimate object like my bathtub would be equally constructive!

Going out to a pizza place w/a friend tonight, will check the menu for an alternative in advance!

Going to keep staying the course. Hope you all are doing great. Don't get discouraged, it's only Tuesday!

Hello Badjujugurl, it's Merry Mel how are you? I am well but went out for ab Indian meal last night so my weight might be up this week. But struggle on. You must live a long way, but there must be shops near you that tempt you now and again, still o e has to be good. Have a wonderful evening. Merry Mel 🤩 🤩
