Had a nice drop yesterday, but I also went over my self-imposed calorie count of 1200 by 300+. I know we often are disappointed on the scale, and I fully braced myself expecting that. I'm pleased, but honestly a bit baffled. I even re-set the scale thinking it was a fluke (I have a digital one, that if you step on quickly then off, it re-sets). Could the weight Gods on my side for once? I guess we'll see what happens tomorrow right?!

Were you more active yesterday? If so you probably needed the extra calories. It is good to have a deficit of 1000 calories

Depending on what you eat, CICO can be more than you usually eat and still drop weight. Look at your macros. Did you eat less carbs than protein and fat?
