YEAH, finally got down from that up/down pound stepping! I cut back on my vegies and added a EAS shake for lunch instead of solid food. I feel good and will hopefully be on the way down, down, down!
157.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
