Good Morning!!!🌞

Hope everyone is doing well. I'm doing alright holding steady for the last couple of days, doing all of the right things, exercising at least a couple of miles power walk a day, negative calories. weighing and logging everything I consume. My body on the other hand has decided to fight me on breaking into the 150's after a very positive and rapid start to my weight loss. I'd get discouraged, but this literally ALWAYS happens when I lose weight. It's not impatience, it is my reality! It's like my body says, 'nope, been here for a while, it's where I'm comfy and I'm not moving'. Going to add more fiber to assist me in this journey and hopefully that will encourage it 'to move'! 🏃‍♀️
160.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
