Up a tiny bit today. Not surprised, not enough fiber yesterday. I'll definitely fix that today! Also my body fights me dropping from 160 to 150's, but I'm fighting back. Hoping to be in 150's and dropping there by mid-end of the week. Keeping my eye on the prize, My Goal! Happy Monday everyone!
160.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
