The last few days have not been looking good, weight wise. Otherwise all is well. I'm thinking that I may have to do something different...
171.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try taking some Virgin Coconut Oil with your coffee or tea as that will keep you fuller longer and plus it is healthy for you.
