Went grocery shopping today. I picked up ingredients for chili I'm making tomorrow. I also bought tilapia, salmon, shrimp, turkey kielbasa, spicy Italian sausages & a frozen pizza. The chicken selection was depleted....so I got some legs & skinless thighs. I also bought some dessert selections in the hopes that they'll meet my cravings while keeping the calories lower.

I need to cut back my calories enough to get back to 145 or less. I have been eating less than I was but not enough to get results. Today was the first I've come in substantially under 1800. We'll see where I go from there.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
