I know this fast weight loss will level off soon. I'm sure it's just water.
284.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I think this is common with most diets. We tend to lose excess water 1st. Keep it going! ~Ruby
