I finally broke 170! I haven't cheated and burned a ton of calories. Even though I broke the 170 barrier, I'm still kinda bummed about how slow my metabolism has become. Oh well, swinging for the fence!
169.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

I can relate! Been stuck at the high 195-200 very slow process. It makes me want to have some comfort food. I did some intermittent fasting. My last meal at 6 pm then eat at 11 am. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7021351/

Thanks for all the support. For those wondering where are my dietary goals are, I aim for-40% Protein, 40% Carbs, Fat 20%. I eat 2000 cal to cut. I eat clean and exercise 5 days of 7. Anamaxe I eat a 600 cal breakfast every morning.
