It's like my body knew it was the first day of spring today cause I have been sneezing like crazy! Did you know can burn up to 15 calories per sneeze, depending on your sneeze strength?
159.6 lb Lost so far: 59.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ahahah. I heard you should sneeze more using your mouth than nose, because of brain vessels. I don't know if this holds any truth though :P
