Not sure why I cant edit my last journal entry
Oh well. Holding steady at 1200 cals a day. Today I was up by .8 a lb. I suspect this was from my naughty day Sun. Also, busy workday and I didnt move a lot yesterday. People say that the 1200 calorie a day thing puts your body into starvation mode and you are slow to lose. This has never been the case for me. I know I'll break this barrier. Working out tonight will help! Just waiting for my metabolism to realize its time to hit the fat stores. This WILL happen. And, for me..no more cheat days, keep healthy snack nearby at all times, so an unexpected turn in a day doesn't leave me starving in a parking lot all of a sudden.
162.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
