2lbs down today. It's Fri. usually a cheat day with pizza and wine. I work from home so a little escape at the end ofvthe work week is nice. But I'm motivated by my early success (knowing it will take a natural slowing glut at some point). Weather is nice. Thinking maybe a nice walk to out beautiful little downtown and finding a nice, healthy alternative. Maybe fish tacos? Maybe a yummy salad? No pizza tonight. Instead of wine, maybe a Truly? Have all day to make a plan. As they say adapt or die and I'm not going to let my healthy changes and weight loss die. Not today! So no pizza, not tonight. Happy Friday everyone!

You could make pizza on a cauliflower crust it cuts the calories greatly or I use this sun dried tomato wheat thin crust that’s 160 cals for a whole one

If you want to compromise with yourself on the pizza, there are some really delicious pizzas available at some of the big chain grocery stores made with cauliflower crust. Cuts the calories considerably, and I've found I prefer the texture of the cauliflower crust over regular pizza crust - it's crispier! =)

Thanks guys, I hear you. It's kess about the pizza and more about getting (pizza just has been the easy 'go to'. A break working from home all week, and cooking/prepping all week too. I need some time away from the same 4 walls, and some social activity. I love going out to eat, and don't want to punish myself. So thinking ahead by looking at menus online helps me to take the 'die' out of diet!
