First, have you noticed your clothes becoming more loose? Sometimes we lose fat, but don't see it on the scale. If you don't see a change at all, then something is wrong. Some things to think about. Are you tracking all your food honestly? Those bites, licks and tastes add up and can cause the scale to go up and down those same few pounds. Are you drinking water? Water helps flush out sodium and keep things moving? Are you eating the right amount of calories to help you lose? Sometimes you need to play around with them to see what will help you lose. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Sometimes it's about WHAT we are eating and not just HOW MUCH. Are you eating too many processed foods? They contain a lot of sodium. Are you not eating enough? Some people have problems losing when they don't eat enough. Sounds weird, but true. If you really are doing everything you should be and not seeing any results, maybe there is something medical going on. Make sure you diet is sustainable for life. It's about being healthy (and looking and feeling good). But you need to make sure you fuel your body to get that metabolism going. Protein and high fiber work best for fat loss. I know its hard when you aren't seeing the results you should be. Do some research and see how you can improve you diet and fat loss. Many things you can do.

Its hard getting started, learning what you can and cannot eat to lose. By looking at what you ate, I personally would cut out that bread... that was a lot of carbs! Eat less bread and more protein. I'm still kinda new to the site, yes I signed up a long time ago but don't look around much so not too familiar with it all. Therefore, I don't know what diet plan you are following. The creamer you're using has a lot of carbs also, maybe try Heavy Whipping Cream (0 carbs) and sweet..bu might want to look at the fat intake, as I have no idea what it is I don't pay attn. to the fat much at all just carbs. :) Good Luck!

You're going to lose. We all lose differently. Some lose fast, then stop and get frustrated. Some lose slow, get frustrated, but then boom--it comes off. Then some it doesn't move and eventually starts to slowly and then, boom it's off. We're all in this together and will have our frustration's. Let's keep each other going! The one thing I like about this website is everyone is on a different diet and they don't judge people saying theirs is wrong. The main thing is that you're eating healthier and that will make your body healthier. That's the main reason for trying to lose weight--to be healthy! Have you started to exercise? I haven't and I need to. Walking really helps (even if it's walking the mall!). Don't get frustrated, we are right here with you!
