I haven't weighed actually weighed in in 2 days i have been struggling to get out of a depression and have been sleeping in past my weigh in times...I'm sorry..

But today i am feeling better i still don't really want to leave the house but it is beautiful outside the temperature is up and my spirits feel high! so I'm going to the gym today at 1pm .. everyone will be watching the game ill have the gym to myself!!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The weather always does help :) How was your workout? I can't wait until nicer weather here. I want to go to the park and walk so bad! You're doing a great job!
