Doing ok today. On day 3 of the new 3 day woe, then it says to go to regular eating for 4 days then back to the 3 day until at goal. I don't think they mean, MY Regular eating! But I will try to eat right for the next 4, maybe even incorporate a different 4 day woe I have to mix it up since I still have some bacon and eggs around (which are on the 4 day) and I am craving them!
