ok, doing good on my "JMA ALL" plan (reminder of foods allowed at no limit:
"eat all you want whenever you want" foods are; lettuce, scallions, cucumbers, green peppers, celery, cantaloupe, strawberries, lemon juice, diet drinks, tea, cod/sole/flounder/haddock, veggie broth, vinegar, LC gelatin, pickles, plain yogurt, cottage cheese, herbs & spices. ) I realize the drop in weight the IT box (scale) shows is mostly getting rid of fluids & excess after eating alot of processed and no-no foods the past few days, but it is a LOSS and I will take it :-)
I'm feeling good and will keep on keeping on this plan for now. I need to decide on a new plan in the next week or so. I don't think I'll go back to Dukan Plan right now. I do like it but I miss the fruits and would have to start at the beginning and do not get fruits until a few weeks or so later. I do have a 4 day & 3 day plan which I might go on just to mix things up a bit. I'm not going on Nutrisystem. It looks like a good plan and works for a few friends I know BUT it is out of my budget. Have to bring my car in for service today then I'm going to hit the gym then met a friend AFTER lunch. She is going out with another friend for lunch and invited me BUT I can't do food out right now. That was one of my downfalls. Ok, I have to get. Take care to ALL in FS-Land :-)
