Another chill day. Watched some football then some more DVR'D TV. I'm working my way thru "A Year in the Life"...the movie sequel to "The Gilmore Girls" series. It's 4 segments about an hour 1/2 each.

Dinner was another easy meal...a bagged salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber & leftover sliced lemon chicken breast. I actually think I came in under in calories today.

Time for some Netflix with Hubby.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
