Wow. Massive weight drop to 215.1 after a huge, day long happy hour yesterday. I'm a federal employee in DC and as you no doubt have heard, we were furloughed yesterday. My pals and I went out to a local BBQ place, had a nice lunch and then pitchers of margaritas through the afternoon. That regimen really got things moving within the bod and I had a major whoosh effect loss today.
215.1 lb Lost so far: 109.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have seen so many people say the same thing. They couldn't move the scale, they went out to eat and then they had a nice drop. Maybe it just kick starts the metabolism. Either way, great job!

Hey, that's great! Didn't know you were furloughed. Don't actually know what that means BUT drinking all afternoon sounds like a helluva a great way to lose weight! Congrats. :)
