Ok on my PP (Pure Protein) day of the D-Plan (Dukan diet plan) and feeling good :-) Yes I missed not sharing Moon Cakes with the kids & grands yesterday, but I don't think anyone noticed much. I had my frozen FF Greek yogurt with cinnamon, oat bran & monk fruit and that was very satisfying. Also I've been playing so much more with the grands this visit that it has been wonderful. My energy is up (needs to be to run around with them!), my brain is not foggy, my attitude is positive and up, I just feel so much IN the moment and super :-) I will keep going for ME & them :-) I am so proud of myself for resisting the alcohol intake this weekend also! Will be nice when I can enjoy some of the Chinese / Thai takeout we had though. BUT I asked the restaurant and they said they can cook without sauce & put sauce on the side. So next time that is the plan for the Ginger stir-fry with Beef that I really like.
