Okkkkkk, Day #3 of 5 days for the Dukan ATTACK Phase. And my body is ATTACKING that FAT! I'm sure I will slow down or maybe even creep up & down again, BUT I am feeling good and doing the plan. I think my biggest obstacle so far has been getting in my brain & in my habit NOT to add fat to cooking and eating. That is a no-no in this phase of the "D Plan". I never really thought too much about that since I normally use very good olive oil and I even eat olives every day and use mayo and butter, coconut & sesame oil, etc. BUT for now I am off added fats and strictly eating lean protein. After 5 days I will add veggies, which I'm looking forward to :-)

I'm still staying strong with my resistance to reach out to the 'ghost' but as I've said before I will probably try to contact him sometime Thursday or Friday in order to extend the birthday party invitation for this weekend. I didn't get out for much exercise yesterday so I"m getting ready to ride my bike to the Dollar store for a few party supplies before the rain starts here in the (now) sunny South :-)

165.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
