My "low" was short lived, but my new "normal" seems to be about a lb. lower than it was.

Busy with errands today. Time to cook dinner. Spicy sausages, peppers & rice, tonight.
141.4 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
