I started pedaling this week. Muscle weighs more than fat, right?
370.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 220.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

Working muscle will also retain some water. Be sure and do some stretches pre and post ride.❤️
