Losing and then maintaining a nearly 250 pound loss is something almost super human. You are absolutely amazing for sure!

Thank you, Melissa! Part of my success is not overthinking it, staying away from the drama of the scale, and not thinking of it as a diet, but as a lifestyle change. It helps to keep perspective, nothing tastes as good as knowing that I'm not shortchanging my loved ones feels.

Well hello Phil! Long time no see, I've just joined back up to take care of a bit of poundage I decided to find after losing....always inspiring to see peeps that helped me the first time around!
